KK Major Update v40

16th June 2025

Kingdom Karnage has been around for nearly 4 years now. It’s a title we’re proud of and still believe has massive untapped potential. But to unlock that potential, major changes are needed.

This update is the biggest we’ve ever made. We understand that not every change will be loved by everyone, but we firmly believe these adjustments will benefit most players – and more importantly, they’re essential to helping Kingdom Karnage thrive long term (which benefits everyone!). To keep things digestible, we’ve split the notes into the following sections:

This update is a major leap forward. Some features you know and love have changed – but they’ve been replaced with systems we believe are easier to understand, and more scalable.
