Getting Support for Our Games
The best place to get support is through our Discord server. Here, you will find a Support channel where you can log an official ticket. Our team aims to provide at least a holding response within 48 hours (usually much quicker).

09:00 to 17:00 UTC
Outside these hours, you may still find help from other players in the main chats on both our Telegram and Discord channels. Our community is often eager to assist!
