# Contacting Kepithor

#### Getting Support for Our Games

The best place to get support is through our [**Discord** server](https://discord.gg/4sGRU53pYw). Here, you will find a **Support** channel where you can log an official ticket. Our team aims to provide at least a holding response within **48 hours** (usually much quicker).

#### Support Hours

Our support team is based in the UK and is most responsive during the following hours:

* **09:00 to 17:00 UTC**

Outside these hours, you may still find help from other players in the main chats on both our [**Telegram** ](https://t.me/Kepithor)and [**Discord**](https://discord.gg/4sGRU53pYw) channels. Our community is often eager to assist!
